It is so easy just love it. Makes it easier to submit. Thank you for it.
Extremely easy to use and makes life a lot easier. The only thing that needs to be corrected is the location of next buttons and cancel buttons, they are reversed, and this confuses.
Great app, big improvement in claims. I would add add document button, sometimes invoices are in electronic form so taking photo is not possible.
Its a very useful app. I dont have to waste a lot of time to do a claim anymore. Super!
User friendly, easy and intuitive. A claim can be submitted with just a few clicks, even with multiple invoices. Your policy entitlement and some data can be accessed offline too.
Some bad moments
Just downloaded the app but keep getting an error message when entering my login details "you need internet access to continue"??? Tried it both on iPad and iPhone same error message. Called the helpline and they were not very helpfull, I asked if they could leave a ticket for the support team but the just said it is my divice that is the problem??? I just downloaded the app so of course I have internet access...!
The logon user-ID is CASE SENSITIVE. The App asks to re-enter all personal details for each single claim. Like my bank account changes every 10 seconds ! Worst iPad app I have seen since 2010.
Which moron has programmed this ?
Sometimes I have receipts that I get by email or that I only have in digital form. I cant submit them because the only option is to take a picture.
The app is pretty great otherwise. I just want this basic feature added so Im hoping my scathing review and single star rating will get someones attention and get someone to fix the problem.
